One of the fascinating things about the Occupy movement is how the commonly accepted forms of decision-making are rejected in favor of an extremely democratic and organic system. Today, our remedial civics lesson for professional lefties is the basic template of American legislative process: Robert’s Rules. You can’t actually change the laws without understanding how laws get made in the first place.
