John Hugh Gillmore caused a stir at the confab in Minneapolis by getting arrested for harrassment. Gillmore saw a couple of women in hijab and made a drunken verbal assault. Looking at his blog, one doesn’t have to scroll far to find Islamophobia.

Gillmore is not an “elite,” but he certainly despised an American: at least one of his victims was a native Minnesotan. He is the fear he wants us to feel. When Michelle Malkin calls the Netroots Nation confab “nutroots,” she is actually describing her audience at Right Online.
