Via Roger Ebert, video from The Uptake of a “Reverend” opening the Minnesota state house session last Friday with a “prayer” that implies the president is not Christian. While it is disturbing to see this evil lie perpetuated by a “man of the cloth” who ought to know better, the really disturbing part is his couching the prayer in blood and war. Bradlee Dean is not “Christian” in the sense of someone who follows the teachings of a Prince of Peace. He is a culture warrior, and I mean the term literally.
