This is why I call it FAUX Noise: they edited the applause out of the president’s West Point speech. Cadets cheering Teh Obamanon™ doesn’t fit the narrative, you see. Murdoch’s agit-prop shop doesn’t do journalism, but the “liberal media” jumps to defend it.

    i saw some comments that maybe the microphone didn't pick it up…but it sure sounds like an edit to me. I'm not audio geek, but surely someone with better skills can easily confirm or refute that.
