Cocaine is a Republican Drug

Via Oliver Willis, a nice contrast of CPAC headliner Glenn Beck and CPAC wingnut Jason Mattera:

Seriously, with cocaine being the Republican drug you’d think the CPAC would recognize the Eisenhower Republican named Barack Obama. But for that to happen, the GOP would have to be interested in actual governance. They know they want power; but when they have it, their main use seems to be an uninterested and profligate disaster.

I always heard that booze was the Republican drug. Dubya more than likely had his share of blow, some will say. The frat boy with the Skull and Bones pedigree. So…what would the Democrat drug of choice be in this situation – Crack?? Meth?? Hef's Playboy mansion in Cali was…and probably still is…where many coke -fueled good times were had – not really a place known for its Republican revelry.

Silly commenter, don't you know that pot is the leftist's drug of choice? We all like to sit around and get stoned like good communists.

Pot seems to be everywhere – frat houses, Flaming Lips shows, “tha hood”, Republican lawyers' refrigerators, redneck honkytonk latrines, etc. ALL marijuana use is “medicinal,” by the way. The anti-tobacco gang looks mostly left-wing to me. The Left Coast has banned smoking everywhere(all public places) in many areas. Hollywood stopped glamorizing cigs in the Sixties – probably a good idea, too.
